Marcus Cherrill BSc(Hons) MCCT
Marcus is an innovative educator with over twenty years of teaching experience across all phases and all sectors and is a sought-after trainer working with schools around the world. His background as an outstanding science teacher and senior leader brings a depth of perspective of school needs, allowing schools to find practical, sustainable solutions. Marcus has worked with the British Council in Mexico, a number of educational companies in the UK and Australia as a consultant and is an Associate for Practical Action and The Smallpeice Trust. He is a certified Level 3 ‘Safeguarding Children and Adults’ trainer.
Marcus is currently working with East Sussex County Council as Primary Careers Hub Lead bringing about system change in careers related learning for primary schools.
Marcus is a certified Google Educator and all-round digital champion. He is passionate about science and developing teacher skills in science education. He is also founder and director of I Can Teach Ltd, the company behind www.icanteach.co.uk and Music4Learning.
